FREE U.S. STANDARD SHIPPING

  • We offer free U.S. standard shipping for orders over $100 (based on pre-tax & post-discount order total).

  • Orders $100 or less (based on pre-tax & post-discount order total) will be charged a $9 shipping fee.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • We do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight delays.

  • We strive to ensure on-time delivery but are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, service interruptions, US holidays, etc.).

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.

  • You can also check your order status by logging into your account on queennails21.com.

LOST OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your local post office.

  • If you are still unable to locate your package, please email us at info@queennails21.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Important: Verify your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, we can re-ship it at your cost.

U.S. SHIPPING ONLY

  • Free U.S. standard shipping is valid only within the continental United States.

  • For shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping costs are based on package size and weight.

  • Residential deliveries via FedEx, UPS, or USPS do not require a signature. You assume responsibility if the package is left unattended. Signature-required delivery is available at an additional cost.

  • We do not ship to hotels if the payment card or email address is registered outside the U.S.

  • International shipping is not available.

SHIPPING DAMAGE & CLAIMS
Our team ensures that all orders are securely packed. However, damages can occur during transit. If your products arrive damaged, you have two options:

1. Accept the Delivery & File a Claim

  • Note visible damages on the delivery receipt when signing.

  • Take clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging from different angles.

  • Email us at info@queennails21.com with your order details and photos.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to process your damage claim and provide a credit or replacement within 30 business days.

2. Refuse the Damaged Products

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt and refuse the damaged item(s).

  • Accept delivery of any undamaged items.

  • Take clear photos of the package and damage.

  • Email us at info@queennails21.com for further instructions.

  • Once we confirm the return, we will reship your replacement item(s) at no additional cost.
