FREE U.S. STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer free U.S. standard shipping for orders over $100 (based on pre-tax & post-discount order total).

Orders $100 or less (based on pre-tax & post-discount order total) will be charged a $9 shipping fee.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 2-3 business days.

We do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

Orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight delays.

We strive to ensure on-time delivery but are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, service interruptions, US holidays, etc.).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.

LOST OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your local post office.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please email us at info@queennails21.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Important: Verify your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, we can re-ship it at your cost.
U.S. SHIPPING ONLY

Free U.S. standard shipping is valid only within the continental United States.

For shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping costs are based on package size and weight.

Residential deliveries via FedEx, UPS, or USPS do not require a signature. You assume responsibility if the package is left unattended. Signature-required delivery is available at an additional cost.

We do not ship to hotels if the payment card or email address is registered outside the U.S.

International shipping is not available.
SHIPPING DAMAGE & CLAIMS
Our team ensures that all orders are securely packed. However, damages can occur during transit. If your products arrive damaged, you have two options:
1. Accept the Delivery & File a Claim

Note visible damages on the delivery receipt when signing.

Take clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging from different angles.

Email us at info@queennails21.com with your order details and photos.

We will work with the shipping carrier to process your damage claim and provide a credit or replacement within 30 business days.
2. Refuse the Damaged Products

Note the damage on the delivery receipt and refuse the damaged item(s).

Accept delivery of any undamaged items.

Take clear photos of the package and damage.

Once we confirm the return, we will reship your replacement item(s) at no additional cost.
